It is very important to change the process/method of teaching learning activities in order to enhance the creativity of students and encourage their talents like painting, singing and so on. We all should think of it once. Because it is obligatory.

In Nepal, old system or process of teaching-learning method is being used nowadays. I don't think this is a good system/method of teaching-learning. Teachers write the answer or solution of the problems/questions and ask students to learn or memorize the solutions. Students are not getting chance to be creative towards the learning. Teacher wants the same or exact answer form the students which he had taught to them.
There are very rare teachers who understand the creativity of the students and appreciate their talent. Most of the teachers are rude to students. Which if very bad thing specially for the small students/children. Because this rudeness creates very negative effect in the mind of learners/students.
